The team led by Frank Schmidt (Executive Chef at Schloss Montabaur) uses only fresh foods of the highest quality as the ingredients for a modern, light and varied cuisine specially designed for “brain-workers”. All the culinary creations of the ADG chef de cuisine thus specifically nourish both the body and the mind – so that rather than leaving guests feeling tired and heavy after a meal, our dishes ensure top mental and physical fitness.
