Reporting channels for whistleblowers
The Whistleblower Protection Act regulates the protection of natural persons who have obtained information about violations in connection with their professional or official activities and report or disclose these to the reporting offices provided for under this Act.

Whistleblowers should report potential violations immediately. Violations are actions or omissions that:

  1. are unlawful and concern the provisions or areas of law that fall within the material scope of application of Section 2 of the Whistleblower Protection Act, or
  2. are abusive because they run counter to the objective or purpose of the provisions in the regulations or areas of law that fall within the material scope of application pursuant to Section §2 of the Whistleblower Protection Act.

A report must be truthful, sufficiently specific and detailed, with a subject and description (what, where and when did it happen; have you taken any further action?) to enable the matter to be properly investigated.

The following reporting channels are available:

An anonymous report can be submitted via the electronic reporting system or sent to Compliance.

Further information can be found on the website of the whistleblower system.
