You can take a healthy time-out in our three saunas, which are all set to different temperatures – there’s a steam room, which is gentle on the circulatory system, a mild bio sauna (saunarium) and our classic Finnish sauna. To aid recovery, there are hot and cold adventure showers, our outdoor area, and fresh crushed ice for healthy cooling-off. Our vitalising bar with mineral water and fitness drinks is ideal for replenishing nutrients.

Everything you could wish for

Equipped with wooden benches, our classic Finnish sauna offers temperatures between 80 and 95 °C, while the saunarium is especially pleasant at a mild 60 °C. With 100% humidity and temperatures of between 45 and 50 °C, our steam room is stimulating and gentle on the circulatory system.
